We have around 27 HP 2600 printers at my school they have been workhorses. We started using refilled cartridges last year and this year we have used more ink than EVER! So we are back to using the HP Brand cartridges I have had minimal problems over the last 8 years with both the printers or cartridges. While I do think they are a little pricy the refilled ones didn't save enough money to warrant losing yield. I would recommend HP products to my family, coworkers and friends. The printer is a color printer so we use at least 1 of each color X 27 printers per year for the past 8 years

HP produces a good product. It is consistent to the last drop. Even when the competition calls and offers "super-cartridges that will last longer and perform just as well as the HP brand, but we can get them to you for a lower price, (and the catch is--) if you purchase a case of 4", we tell them "thanks, but no."
But if Staples could reduce the price a little, well, that would be another reason to keep getting them through Staples.

Although I indicated the primary use is business, we also use this for printing personal documents and correspondence. We also print photos on special paper, which are then framed or sent to business associates and relatives or friends.
The attached photo was printed on an HP LaserJet 2600n, using this and the other color toners we bought at Staples, specific to the printer and manufactured by HP.

Our life group was comparing how cheap their printer was or how cheap their ink was. I blew them away when I said I get 5,000 to 7,000 copies per cartridge and they don't run in the rain/snow.
In my business life of real estate, I could count on a good advertising flyer or legal doc. As a volunteer, I have made copies for various non-profit organizations' promotion. I love my HP lazer printer and other folks have benefited by it too. Good ink is the basics!

I have owned HP printers for more than 20 years. They have always been reliable. I have tried knockoffs much to my dismay when I had to have the printer vacummed out to remove all the toner that ended up inside the printer. The knockoffs did not make clear characters or they printed a line on the page so the pages printed with these knockoffs could not be used for printing professional documents. I will always use brand new HP toner cartridges so I get first quality printing. My customers and I deserve the best!
