I use this product everyday and it works perfectly! My documents are sharp clear and elegant. It lasts for a long time and i am a heavy printer! The only bad part of the product is is that it is very expensive, but you get your moneys worth! I would recommend this product to others who print in color everyday.

I am a heavy duty user of the product for my business. The color is clean,bright and I need to replace the toner every few months. I am hopeful that HP make a toner that will provide a few more copies that I current get from the product. The product is a bit pricey but well worth it.

If I want to print black...and my toner is full why am I NOT allowed to print anything ? Why am i forced to upgrade non required color toner ? May be this should be reported to FTC/FCC.
