The most noticeable characteristic is the ease of which I can replace the cartridge. My copies are always crisp, clear and clean. There are no smudges on the paper or that collect on the mechanisms of my copier. I am a small solo law firm and I make copies all day, around 600 per week. I find that the cartridges are long lasting and lasts for me about two to three months. I have tried other brands but have not had the complete satisfaction as far as quality is concerned. For that reason, I turned back to using the HP brand.
