    Having 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren I go through a lot of ink when printing out pictures, invitations and everything else associated with the family. The grandkids also use my printer to do things they need to get done. Being the former secretary of our Senior Citizens group, I continue to keep all the "lists" of active members up to date as I am the only one who uses a computer. I am also part of a team that is a fundraiser for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and we do a lot of paperwork for our functions. I am acting secretary of this group too. The XL cartridges are truly worth their weight in gold.

    I am glad HP is producing their color cartridge in XL. It is very annoying to run out of ink too often, losing time, wasting paper, resetting the printer to reprint after installing new cartridge. So the longer it lasts, the better. The quality is pretty good too. Sometimes it makes the paper a bit too wet, which I don't understand, but it is OK once it has dried. I have never understood why these ink cartridges cost so much money. Even allowing for recycling rewards, it is still a huge amount to pay.

      This is a long lasting Hewlett Packer ink cartridge and definitely beats the other brands. It is so simple to replace and doesn't spill ink or smudge. I am on a fixed income but really love doing my Family Tree and helping others discover their families. I have to budget carefully and really look forward to your specials and how you frequently give double back on cartridge trade-ins. I use the cartridges to the very end. Friends remark how clear and concise my work is and I tell them it is thanks to long-lasting ink cartridges that I can do my work in a relaxed atmosphere and not have to worry that the ink will run out suddenly and abruptly.

      I like the larger size cartridges, they do last a lot longer, but the price of one cartridge sometimes outweighs the extra ink. I will usually end up getting the smaller cartridge because I cant afford the larger one at the time. I know in the long run that I will end up paying around the same price, but, what can I say. Also why don't they have the xl cartridges in a combo pack, you know a black and color xl combo pack? They don't have them, you have to buy them separately, which then means more money. Hey, give us old timers a break will ya?

            I have opted for the HP 75xl ink cartridge the past few times I've made an ink replacement purchase. I have been very pleased with the long lasting ink in this product! I use it to print cards for birthdays, get wells, invitations, etc. each spring I print out Award Certificates for my Preschool class which is very heavy on the ink, but this product performs well! Once I went with the lower volume cartridge and I quickly realized how much more color printing you get for your money with the 75xl! This will be my choice in the future as well! I also have never had any issues with installation or leaking of any kind. It is simple to load and I regularly recycle them and have never experienced any mess. That is a plus with the added value of extra color!
