It seems that this is a very expensie ink when I compare it to some other brands. I am very happy with the printouts though. It would be nice if it were on sale more often. I think it is awful when it costs almost $100.00 to replace the cartriges in a $50.00 printer. Sometimes if it weren't for the waste it would be less expensive to just purchase a new printer that comes with an ink cartrige than to purchase replacement ink. I do like the fact that I can reycle my ink cartriges in the Staples store. That is a great benefit to me.

This cartridge is excellent when printing. Has a greater amount of print pages then the regular cartridge. I would recommend this cartridge to anyone, that has a Hewlet Packard printer.

Ordering this product online was easier than driving 25 miles to get one from the store. It was delivered to my door the next afternoon after I ordered...can't beat that for service. Also the XL size saves time. (Guess I won't get the extra bonus points because there is only so much you can say about an ink cartridge that you use.) Some have tried to get me to have the cartridges refilled at a local drug store but my daughter-in-law ruined a printer doing this...so I would rather pay for an HP "real" cartridge.

Due to trhe high cost of ink and the inability to sustain long life, am considering the Kodac machine. I have been a supporter of HP and their products for years, but this is the last straw on this printer.

Just as I stated in my review of the 60XL tri color cartridge, this is the superior choice. I have tried many substitutes to no avail. I only wish they would offer a little more discount to heavy users like myself.
