These ink cartridges are used in a very inexpensive printer which I primarily use when we travel, although it's also used as backup at home. Even though there sometimes are long spans when not in use, I have never had the ink jets clog up with dried ink -- and I have been using this printer for about ten years. I'm definitely sold on my HP printers and ink. The ease in changing cartridges surpasses what I have to use at work! They are less expensive and I get more copies with great color and clarity.

    You really have to choose to use HP Ink in their machines. Refills never give the same quality in color, tones, quick drying and overall look. I must also mention that cheaper refills never print as many copies as the HP cartridges, regardless of what they claim to do. They are a little pricey, but I always wait for discount coupons from the office supply stores when you spend a certain amount and then I stock up. I also appreciate when a rebate is offered. Every little bit helps and in the long run, I must reiterate, you should always use HP Ink in their machines.
