This is the only product I've used in my printer. I've never had a problem. It never smears and it's always clear. I've attempted to have my cartridges refilled but the print of the refill isn't quite as clear. I would and have recommended this product to others. HP is an excellent product. I can't think of a reason to seek another such product at this time.

    I didn't have any trouble inserting the color cartridge (don't need to put the black one in yet) so ease of insertion is a plus. I have printed using fast economical print setting and the picture has been pretty bright.

        I am currently recording and compiling the family history of my husband's family, and printing a lot of stories and photos. I keep the 94 cartridge on hand as backup, but mainly use the 96 cartridge for longevity. Once I am finished with this project, I will start on my own history - also a seriously long project.
