I like to purchase my ink in the double packs because I drive over 20 miles to get to Staples, so it saves time and gas. I'm comfortable with the HP ink because it's easy to use. I wouild like to see the price go down a little. I am a full time
student and work in the area schools. I use a lot of ink, both black and white and color. I try to use my Staples Rewards whenever possible to offset the cost of gas getting there. I do not shop for my supplies anywhere else. The customer service is always great. The sales people recognize me when I come into the store. They are always helpful and make all their customers feel important.

I like HP ink put the price of ink has sky rocketed. The price of ink needs to be more a fortable for the students, personal and business. They should have more sales on HP ink which would help every in a day to day computer age. However still would not by any other printer but HP printers. I have tried other printers but they do not compare with HP. Changing the ink is very quick and easy. Other printers aren't in the same class as HP. I would highly recomend all HP products. I myself have two hP computers and two HP printers and I am more than satified with HP products. So if you are in the market for a computer or printer than I would no further than the HP brands.

I teach Photoshop Elements. We create special binders for gifts as well as for personal use. All COLOR binders are bought depending on the recipient's birthstone color....e.g. Purple for those with birthday's in June. I have the students find color photos. Just bought several purple looseleaf binders, found gorgeous photo of a purple lavender flower spray on a black background, and printed the student's name in purple matching the flower's color. Even my son-in-law who collects and uses recipes got a special photo with black background, green fern, and "RECIPES" and "His Name" printed in white lettering. He was elated!!!!

I think it is an excellent product & I would not use a generic brand in its place. I have never had any problems with them. I like the cartridges that are larger and last longer. They always give good colors. HP is a very good brand, but when I take the empty cartidges to the Staples store they don't give $3.00 credit anymore for them. So I just take them to a recycle place for hazardous waste instead. I probably should return them to HP in the envelopes that they provide. They would probably have a better chance in being reused that way.

I use my printer a lot and especially the color cartridges. I print photos from the daughter of an elderly neighbor so she can see current photos of her first great-grandson. I also print out recipes, quilt patterns and other items for printout and copy on a regular basis. I try to have both black and color cartridges on hand in case I run out of either one or the other. It gets expensive sometimes because I do print a lot of items, but I do enjoy the convenience of being able to download and print anything I choose.
