Buying both cartridges is cheaper than buying them separately so this is a good value. I do however seem to use the black ink at about twice the rate as the tricolor ink.

Very good quality documents but the cartridges run out after a short period of printing. Most of my work requires three copies which uses a lot of ink. I was told to reduce the quality of the prints but, some work is of a public nature and high quality is important. Larger volume cartridges would be of great help and reduce time spent shopping for new ones and also save time that is used changing the cartridge. I feel that larger volume cartridges would greatly help saving time that otherwise could be spent on other matters.

The quality is good. It takes care of my printing needs. I get a rebate from Staples, for every empty cartridge, I turn in, and that helps. I also get my printing paper, and anything else I use with my computer from Staples.
If I can not get to Staples,and need something. I can always order on line.

I use this product because my printer calls for it. I don't have any problems with it except since the cartridges are small, the ink does not last long. Also I have not received my reward for turning in empty cartridges. The color is good and I have not noticed any smearing of the ink. It is easy to replace the cartridges and seldom do I get ink on my fingers when changing the cartridges. Printer ink is very expensive in my view so I really need to get my reward for turning in cartridges. It would be nice to just get coupons or automatic savings when using your rewards card with purchases.
