    I like earning credit for returning used cartridges. I find the coupon program very helpful in purchasing expensive items like ink, which I use a lot of. The customer service at all the Staples stores I use has been exceptional and I use the store in Florida also during the winter. I also make my own cards and business cards at home and purchase a lot of cardstock paper at Staples and the color variety is exceptional. I also like that Staples always has the items that are listed in the flyer that are on sale.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Cartridges should be use at the same replacemets, not separately. I first had used the black ink & it didn't align correctly. However, when I also replaced the color cartridge it fixed the problem. Well, I thought my colored cartridge doesn't need to be replaced. I was wrong.. it was a great price as well for a dual pack!

            It would be great if there was a black / tricolor combo pack with high yield. The black finishes prior to the tricolor and you end up purchasing a black cartridge which defeats the purpose of the cost savings of purchasing the tricolor.
