    GOOD PRODUCT easy to find and the sales
    are most helpful.
    NEVER A PROBLEM HP printers are easy to use and are inexpensive but the toners should be less expensive.
    The printer produces black and color paper and photographs with equal clarity and definition.
    EXCELLENT FOR HOME AND OFFICE USE
    GOOD COPIES IN BLACK ON ALL TYPES OF PAPER

The clerks are always helpful and informative no matter what I go to either look at or buy. They will price match if you ask. That saves me running all over town looking for the best price. I read their ads on line. An excellent way to save time and keep up on the latest merchandise and price compare with other stores. Anytime I can save time and money, it's for me! I would recommend Staples and their products to my friends.

              Of course, if you own an hp printer you must use the correct ink that matches the printer. You don't really have a choice. Overall, this is a good printer and the ink that matches it does a good job. Honestly, I don't think it lasts as long as the claims. I seem to changing ink cartridges too frequently. If I had to do it all over again, I'd choose a simple printer that uses cheaper ink. The 901 ink cartridges seem pricier than the others. On the other hand, the ink does the job and that's all that counts in the long run.

              Although it's less expensive to purchase the combo pack, neither black or color comes in XL; thus more pages for printing if one buys the XL. Although black comes in XL, color does not. This is not good due to my using more color printing than black. Ink prints nicely; however the ink depletes far too quickly.

              Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
