    It's a great quality product but I feel this HP Ink is too pricey. Considering that fact that I do not print that much stuff, I feel that I am frequenty replacing the cartridges. But I guess that's what happens when you want high quality.

          I save time because I don't have to replace as often and time is money. I also don't get those pesky messages of "low ink" as often especially since there is still ink. I like the warning, but it comes way too early b/4 I really need it. I go by the sight of what I am printing for when I actually need to change

            Never had to return this item for insufficient performance.....pricey.....always end up purchasing it then I get Staples coupons or they go on sale and I don't need them often, since I use the printer for pretty much personal use,except at Christmas time when I use it for printing labels....I never seem to know where or how I acqure by bonus points.....never get it in the mail nor do I receive anything that resembles that in your emails....could be more "user friendly" to understand when I have acquired points.
