I use staples quite a lot and go to different stores and iam treated very well in each store. being handicapped it is sometimes hard to get things from the top shelf from my power chair but the employees stop what they are doing and help me to get what ever i need. also if i have any questions they are glad to answer them for me.I have found this to be true in all the Staple stores that I have been to.I was having a problem finding a program to download a vcr to a dvd and Stephanie at Colonial Heights VA.23834 NOT ONLY HELPED ME TO PICK OUT THE CORRECT ITEM but explained how to use it. thats whats keeping me comming back to staples.

      I enjoy being able to buy this ink in the XL combo pack so that it last longer and it also allows me to save a few dollars as well. I am pleased with the colors and tones of the ink on most anything that we have printed. I like the idea of recycling the used cartridges so that so many do not land in our landfills, besides the rewards that I receive for each cartridge also is a help in being able to help us out on our next purchase of ink. We have a son in college so we need all the help we can get but still enjoy the quality of the ink.
