I am totally satisfied with the quality of HP ink cartidges from Staples. Previously, I thought that I would save money and ordered HP ink cartidges through the internet. The price was good, but I received dried cartidges. There wasn't any warranty if the package was open from that internet supplier. This was not stated when I placed the order. I do not know how anyone would know if the ink was dry without opening the package. I was out the money for three cartridges. They would not even return my request for replacements. This is a costly lesson. I will stay with Staples for my ink. I watch for a promotion to purchase my ink at a discount.
