I have started using a local company that refills these cartriges. Quality is about the same and costs are substantially lower. I feel the Staples and HP are using the sale of these ink cartriges to fund their profits at the expense of reasonable customer satistaction.
I really am happy with the HP 02 colored and black ink cartridges being separate. There are times when I only use one color. It use to be such a waste to have to have to change the combination cartridge for one color was empty and the rest were still going strong. I would like the cartridges to have more ink in them. I feel that they are not completely full. At times they do run out quickly. I would also like for them not to have expiration dates attached to them. The expiration date is a problem when I don't use the lighter colors as often as the darker colors. Other than that I have had no other issues. Keep up the great work.
Have had my HP all in one printer C7280 FOREVER..its still running like a top. The printer ink is great..it has strong crisp color on both photo paper and printer paper. Doesn't fad over time. The only down side to the ink cartridge is that it doesn't last a long time. I am forver going back and buying new supplies. One thing that I have learned is that I can't buy multiple replacements at one time. I did this, and did not rotate my stock..the printer let me know I was putting in an EXPIRED cartridge and this would VOID my warrenty on my printer. Since it is WAY past it's warrenty..I didn't worry about it...Luckily I have had this unit for YEARS..so any additional time is a bonus.
