i like th e easy to use and replacement procedure. I rely on the cartridge to last a long time since I only use it for personnal use.
HP has become a name I can trust in all of the products I buy. I also appreciate the ease in which I could find the cartridge that I needed due to the excellent packaging and the logical way the product numbers were displayed. I would certainly use HP products over and over and recommend them to others.

the hp fax machine makes very satisfactory copies, but the cartridge which came with the new machine, acquired in february, 2012, as a replacement offered by hp, didn't last long--even though the tests showed the cartridge was full of ink. i imagine it dried up, through infrequent use.

I use this cartridge in my fax machine. I use my fax machine five days per week for work purposes. I receive many faxes in a day and I am very pleased at how long my ink cartridge lasts and I am not having to replace it constantly as I did when I was using another fax machine which required a different type of cartridge. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone using a fax machine for work and/or home use. It will definitely save one time, money, and effort in having to constantly replace a cartridge.

I installed my fax aabout two years ago and we have an old fashioned two line land-line phone and I probably did not set it up correctly. It worked on and off but never the way it was supposed to, so I got mad and stopped using it. I now have a brilliant but not condescending young man who said he could reinstall it with no problem, and he did. He noted that the ink nozzles were all dried up and so I went to Staples and purchased the HP 701, The Staples people were fantastic. I use a cane so I stayed up by the register and he brought me the cartridge, I went home an installed it lickety split and guess what? It worked immediately. I am a happy camper. Thank you Staples.
