I like HP inkjet ink but the cartridges need to hold more ink as I seem to go through more ink and cartridges than I use to. The price is too high for the amount of ink you get from your cartridges. I do not print as much as I would like to especially photo's because I cannot afford to keep purchasing the ink that often. I would like to see HP replace the way they identify the different size and type of cartridges for the black ink, it is very confusing when you use a five cartridge printer and you have two different black inks to chose from and one is for regular printing and one is for photo, I get confused every time I need black ink replacements.

This was a replacement for a cartridge that wouldn't print. The store would not take it back since it had been opened. How am i suppose to know it works umless I open and install????

The HP 564 Magenta cartridge was defective. As soon as I put it in my HP color printer, this message came up "defective cartridge". I returned this to Staples. I have been having problems with many of the HP 564 cartridges. I never had this problem in the past.

It always seems to me that injet printers are dirt cheap, but the ink for them costs more than its worth. Mine usually go south well before they're used up (seem to just dry up.
