With HP ink one is able to print or copy anything. Many times ones is able to make up to three hundred business cards or a hundred photos before one has to run a cleaning/toolbox program with ones printer. Even the easy way of changing ink cartridge is quick and easy. Also it does not matter whether is doing everyday copies or high quality business and/or Artist Copies the quality is still the same. Which one very happy customer coming each time for the same HP Ink Cartridges to continue the quality of work that ones expects to come off their Printer.

        I have had to use Cyan as substitute for Black 920 XL cartridges (4!) that DO NOT WORK. What a hassle to alter "must-print" documents and spreadsheets in order to use Cyan rather than Black! What a "time-waster" to foward e-mail messages to myself after changing from Black to Cyan! Will HP replace four (4) Black duds with 4 workable Black cartridges? Will HP refund price of four (4) Black duds? Is HP customer-friendly????????????????????????????????????????????????????

          Ink quality is good, the issue is that I never get anywhere near the avg. 300 sheets of printing. I go through 1 & 1/2 reams of paper per year yet replace cartridges 3-4 times per year. I tried using the XL size and only get about 40-50% more use. And, the out of ink message comes on way too early.
