My husband and I document all aspects of our Cub Scout Pack from photos and reports to award certificates for the boys. We have been using HP printers and ink for many years and are never disappointed. The quality of the ink, in all categories, is always top notch. The only drawback to this cartridge is that it doesn't last long enough for our purposes.

I would suggest that anyone who prints large numbers of photographs or includes illustrations in their documents would be better off purchasing the XL catridge. It holds the same quality ink and it lasts much longer.

Unfortunately, this color gets used each time you try to print a black document. But, that is the fault of the HP printers. The ink is vibrant and fine, but gets used up even if you never make a color print.

My only complaint about this line of ink cartridge is that my fingers aren't strong enough to change the cartridges myself. I have to wait for someone else to come along and do it for me. But I have a medical condition and this would not be an issue for most.
