tHIS PARTICULAR PURCHASE WAS NOT SUCCESSFULL. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A DAMAGED CARTRIDGE WHICH CAUSED ME A WEEK OF TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY MY PRINTER WOULD NOT PRINT. AT LAST RESORT I REMOVED THIS NEW CARTRIDGE AND PUT IN ANOTHER. VOLLA...PROBLEM OVER. I RETURNED THE BAD ONE TO STAPLES IN RALEIGH AND THEY REPLACED IT IMMEDIATELY AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS IN APOLOGIZING FOR THE PROBLEM

Whether for personal use or for business, the HP XL Tricolor Inc Cartridge far outlasts the standard cartridge in quantity and quality, which easily translates into "savings". Unfortunately, though I would prefer to save paper, I must make copies of many items, ranging from important emails to articles in my field of study. The XL lasts longer and continues providing clear and vibrant colors everytime, which is very important to me. We purchased this ink cartridge for one of our salesmen to use in his truck and at his home in his printer. We are really pleased about how long the ink lasts and the true colors. This salesman is not very knowledgeable when it comes to computers, printers, etc, but he can change the cartridges on this printer without any problem at all. He has commented several times about how good this product is and of course he wants me to continue to buy it for him. We always use HP printers and the ink is always HP too.

It will easily print the 400 characters require for the review. We have found it better to use the OEM cartridges, as we have had clogs with store brands and leaks with refills. Have I got to 400 characters yet?

I've purchased this cartridge several times and oftentimes it appears that some last longer than others. This is very frustrating due to the cost of the cartridge itself. I typically use the color cartridge for graphs and charts. Recently, upon installing a new cartridge, an error message appeared indicating that it was not a genuine HP cartridge. It indicated that it was used or refurbished. Additionally, it appeared that this particular cartridge did not last as long as previous ones.

i have the hp printer so i have to use this product and i am happy with both. i had a cannon all in one and it was horrible. could never get the wireless feature to work right with my mac. this little hp does the trick and is compact which i like. a lot of power for a small printer. had a hp laser and liked it but it was so big it was annoying to me. i think hp has a great product so i will stay with them if i decide to purchase another printer in the future. changing the cartridge is simple an not confusing by having to get individual colors. very happy with the product.
