I really appreciate the ease of use of the ink cartridges, they simply pop out with a push of a finger and snap in so that you know that they are loaded properly. Sadly, the printer uses four separate cartridges to print all of the colors and they are quite expensive, but the printer is well worth it. It's functionality, beyond the ink cartridges are well worth the price and beyond. It is one of the best printers that I have ever had, and, since I highly value HP products and their ease of use, both cartridges and printer are truly a bargain.

HP is like all printer company's. their printers are cheep but the ink is very expensive. They get you hooked on buying their ink but eventually it will not operate correctually and it will have to be replaced.

I bought an HP printer/fax machine and will only use the correct HP cartridges.The cartridges seem to last a good amount of time. They are easy to get to when replacement is necessary. They are very clean to work with, never any ink smudges on machine or paper.I would recommend HP replacement cartridges to friends, family,co-workers and other business persons. Trying to come up with 400 characters about ink cartridges is a little rediculous. I hope my review will still earn me my 5 bonus points.

When I installed a brand new cartridge, my HP Printer sent me a message that a counterfiet product had been installed. This was a brand new - just out of the box item. Could their be a "chip" failure???
