Two HP 6600 printers since 1st of October 2013, First failed leaking cyan ink. Second failed out of the box leaking cyan ink. Have 15 cartridges. Eight starter. One magenta xl, one yellow xl, three cyan xl, and two unused black xl. Spent more on ink than printer cost me. Three times in less than 3 weeks HP has promised a call back. Today I was told I called to late to tell them that they did not call back and I should wait, as their case load is very heavy. I wonder why? I have all the documentation, including dates, times, names, and chat sessions. Will not buy another HP product.

I love my HP products. I have no problems and the rewards are trmendous. I could not have picked a better product. I have recommended your 6600 printer to my friends. Three have purchased it. I get more use out of these ink cartridges thatn I did my other ones. I will continue to use them and maybe in the future I will up grade to a better printer that will allow me to do more things than what I use it for now. Your rewards program is the best. I really get a lot of specials. It sure comes in handy with all that I do. Again thanks for allowing me to express myself.
