I have never written or spoken 400 words at onetime in my life. I am 82 years old, born on a
farm in Illinois, in 1931. Left High school to farm. Survived one war, (called a Police Action),
but to me at 20 it sure seemed like a war. Then went to Southeast Asia (Laos), Circa 1955 sort of a Pre-Nam thing. Well I am short of 400, but I do like shopping at Staples. The prices are great, the people are friendly and helpful. If I wasn't married I would probably date the lady that takes orders and sees that I get all the cash rewards I can. I wouldn't shop anywhere else
and that's the truth, and you can bet your horses on that. Duane S. White

At first I thought the replacement cartridges were pricey but the long lasting life of the ink make up for the price.I am pleased that the salespeson introduced me to the new Hp printer/fax and very happy with the the usage. I would highly recommend this printer to everyone. Your staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.Several times I have visited your competitors and didnot received the any help or they were not knowledgeable of the products.It is always a pleasure to shop at Staples

I like the price of the cartridge. I like the fact you can buy the black separately. I like you can buy two together since you might be printing and run out of ink. It is easy to load, I get rewards for return the empties. When I purchased the print, the cost of refill cartridge was a factor in the purchase. The salesman was helpful in that regard steering to the print that uses these cartriges.
