Print, scan and fax functions are fast, quiet and reliable. Glad we bought this product! It has been a definite positive addition to our home based business. I would recommend this product. Did have to call HP tech support for help in setting printer up but tech support was very friendly, patient and stayed on the phone with me until set up complete and machine totally functional.

When I purchased the printer, I was offered a "set-up" program by the retailer. I thought I would try to do it myself, if I needed help I'd arrange for someone to come out. Set up was so easy and intuitive there was no need for help. Print copies are clean and clear, speed is great, much faster than my previous printer.

I like my new printer. I like the wirless and it prints quickly. I usually buy HP. I would buy again. The negative is that the ink is so expensive. If you use the XL, it does last much longer.

This version of the HP 8600 printer has all of the features that allow e-print, scan documents to directly to your computer, HP e-print from remote locations to the printer as long as it is powered up and connected to the network. I have not been able to judge the amount of ink usage as yet, but the print quality seems to be excellent.

I am most impressed with the amount of pages I get from the black and white and color ink. I do projects for my church and it was very helpful. I must admit the salesperson at Stables spoke highly of this machine and the ink preference is what sold me. I came back the very next day and purchased it.

Very slow printing, much slower than my 3 year old HP printer of the same caliber. Also, paper loading drawer is not smooth to operate.
