This was a replacement printer purchase. Based on reading all the comments I decided that this printer would meet all my needs. This purchase turned out to be perfect for my needs. I have made numerous purchases from Staples since the early 90's and have never been disappointed with either the product or customer service. I would never hesitate in recommending any product to a friend that is being sold by Staples. This company sets the standard for the rest of the business world t0 follow. Keep up the good work!!

This printer is so much faster than the one we had before. I am very impressed. Also this new printer will pick up my wireless computer quickly. With our old printer my husband had to leave his computer on so that my computer could be used for printing. He can now shut off his computer and the printer still picks up my signal. So far I am very impressed with the print quality. I just made a certificate of accomplishment and it looks like it was professionally done. I was also very pleased with the price of this printer. Very affordable.

I have had good luck with previous HP Printers. This one is awful. It takes forever to print. I did 2 checking account reconcilations the other day and was done with the 1st before the printer was done printing the 2nd! If you try to do a lot of pages it goes into its own language to print.
