Had it for about a month. Was easy to set up. So far seems ink consumption is low. Haven't tried duplexing yet but so far so good.

It prints fairly quickly but after it prints, it goes through all these sounds and gyrations that are annoying.

It is all black and it is difficult to see the markings on the bed area.

Printer bought for my 89 year old mom. It was easy to set up and intuitive enough that she can print, copy, print 2 sided and even attempted to use the scanner.

HP 6700 is easy to install / set-up, because HP provided a CD for setup along with automatic online help. Set up was quick and thorough, even setting up wireless printing from my desktop PC and my laptop. I knew I wanted HP because my previous printer was HP Officejet 6480 All-in-one, and i liked its features and performance. I like how this 6700 automatically goes into sleep mode when I'm finished printing, then it wakes up on command i.e. as soon as I send a document to the printer. I would definitely consider HP for my next printer.

I had several hp photo smart all in one printer before and none of those last
long time.
I bought this office jet premium printer and very happy with it.
It prints photo well too. I have 3 of same kind in 3 different places and not having any trouble.

printing is fine but scanning is stupid. Can't use for e-printing or scanning. When scanning, have to link computer to scanner then go to separate bookmark to retrieve scan then to print. Silly setup. The 8600 is much better for a few bucks more.

Bought for small business and personal use! Easy set up- one click printing. Done! Printed out double sided tri fold color brochures - crisp, clean images. Came out beautifully. Only thing is it seems like heavy ink usage. I filled it up printed 50 pages and the levels say half full. I guess i want more than 100 pages from one cmy ink cartridge!! Wondering if they are all like this as this is my first printer purchase. Trying the XL cartridge next time.
