Have loved this printer when it is functioning properly. I'm currently on hold with HP after spending 45 mins troubleshooting this printer for the second time. Have already had it replaced under warranty once and now I'm getting the same error message, "printer or ink system failure." Was just told they would be replacing again. I'm hoping for a different model with the same features.

I have a home office and this printer more than suffices for me. I needed a four in one as I do still fax quite a bit and I no longer have to feed my faxes one page at a time. There was a noticeable difference in the print quality from my previous printer. Don't know about ink supply as it's pretty new and I haven't had to replace one yet. But I do recommend this printer if you do an average amount of work from your home office. Very easy set up, quick print, very clear print. Glad I bought it. Thanks.

This makes two 6700 Premium HP Officejet printers I have in my home office. I loved the first one and when my second printer "died" I purchased an identical one to the one I had. The printer is easy to set up, even for an "older person" and is very user friendly. I love the menu options. The only problem I have with my pritners is the fact that they use too much ink and the ink cartridges are too expensive. I usually purchase my ink at Staples and they always have a good inventory of ink, but it is hard to find at some discount stores. All in all, I love my printers.

So far I have nothing but good things to say about this printer. I use it everyday printing invoices, statements and reports associated with my business. I especially love the ability to send print jobs to it from anywhere with my smartphone. I really like the HP reputation and this printer did not disappoint.

We've had this printer for a few weeks since our Cannon died of old age. It was a breeze to set up. The email-to-print function is nice. And the quality is great for text and graphics. It did jam 50 pages in the first week. It may have been a set up fluke or a misload, because it hasn't happened since. All-in-all a nice, standard office combination machine.

I have owned many printers over the years and found that this All-in-One printer sets up very easily, and worked the first time and every time. It has a built in duplexer which I use constantly. The fax machine is simple to use and set up. It does not interfere with regular incoming calls. The large capacity paper tray is great as I many times must print large documents.

I bought this printer as a replacement for a Lexmark 8350. A feature I was looking for was the ability to use third party inks. I used them for years in the Lexmark with no problem.

Many of the printers manufactures are making an effort to prevent you from refiling the ink cartridges. HP is no different. I did however find a work around on line and a good source of compatible ink.

While I have printed some photos this is not my photo printer. It does however do a good job on photos.

Bottom line on this printer is that it does exactly what it was intended to do and works perfectly with Windows 7.
