Purchased to replace an HP Photosmart that simply died after about 5 years. For the price this is an excellent multifunction unit. We use as a printer and scanner as I run the financial side of a small business. So far this has worked flawlessly. The multi page scanning and copying is a huge step up from the prior Photosmart.

I have had the printer for over a month now and I haven't had any problems with it. It is a little noisy, but its VERY easy to use. The ink cartridges that come with it don't last very long, at least the black one didn't. I would buy this to use at home as well!

Love the printer. I've been looking to upgrade for quite some time but just never got around to it. My home office was crammed with a printer, photo printer AND a fax/copier/scanner because I couldn't find one to do it all - until now. I love HP printers, I've used them almost exclusively, and I'm so glad that I finally got around to upgrading!

Quill price was right, delivery was fast, & the set-up and operation was straight forward. I didn't have to call for assistance. I downloaded the driver on-line from HP. I'm knowledgable but not a high tech geek type. The unit works good with a desktop PC/USB connection and the wireless set-up was straight forward as well. Very pleased with the initial performance.
