This is a fair printer. the characters of the print are very clear, but the print time is slow and ink is consumed fairly quickly. I would recommend this to a friend for smaller print jobs with no need for quickness.

Used for travel only! Easy to use with my laptop and both travel in my computer case. Slightly concerned about the construction and the possibility of it getting cracked when handled in airports, overheads, etc. Overall, a great printer and a real asset - extremely more reliable having your own rather than relying on a business center's printer. A great buy and well worth the investment

I fequently work out of the office and this printer is extremely portable and easy to use when traveling. I highly recommend this product for anyone who commutes and must take their job with them. Prints fast and clear. Bluetooth is wonderful, no cords to mess with. Connects easily. This printer is very compact and can be carried with a laptop.

I was told this printer would work with my iPad. I called HP to find out how to use it with my iPad and they said it won't work. They both have blue tooth. I am very upset!!!

I bought an HP Photosmart Printer to do all my photo printing work. The new models use the smaller ink cartridges that are individual colors instead of the old "tricolor" cartridges and "photo" cartridges. The new cartridges are horrible, don't make any where near the qulaity prints as the older cartridges and the printer chews up ink like crazy. THIS little portable printer uses the older cartridges and even though this is not it's primary purpose, it makes BETTER photos than the Photosmart.

When I press print, sometimes the printer looses the usb connection. Then I need to power the printer down and turn it on again and it will usually get "ready" to print after rebooting the printer. Don't understand what the problem may be?????

AT this price point, it is disappointing that the printer cannot copy or scan. I contacted HP who affirmed that this is not a capability for this unit. Apparently the high price is for battery use (not primary reason I purchased.) Other features are as stated, but I should have more carefully researched this printer's capabilities. HP: make a printer that copies, scans, and has a small footprint and lose the battery option.
