We use this unit for printing color photos of vehicles we have for sale. It is fast and the prints are really nice. My old printer cost 80 bucks to replace the ink. This one is the same, but it lasts 2x longer.

Since I'm an HP fan, this was my first choice. It takes up more desk space than my old printer, but the additional features more than made up for the extra space consumption. The 2-sided printing is great, along with the print speed, and individual color cartridges. Overall, the ink costs less than my old HP printer, and I get more pages per
cartridge. Just installed it this week, and haven't tried printing photos yet, but paper print quality is better than ever. The price was right, too!

I have had numerous printers over the course of time, including several color HP printers. This is by far my favorite printer to date. I love the fact that I can print from my Ipad and Iphone. Extremely convenient. Prior HP printer was wireless as well but did not do that. Only drawback I see to the printer thus far is that it is so large that it will not fit in the computer desk that I have, even though the prior one did. It is just extremely wide. Also, it uses separate ink cartridges which may prove to be great or terrible. Time will tell as I once had an Epson printer for which that was the primary drawback. If you can still print in black and white even if a color cartridge is out, it will be great. Not yet to the point where any cartridge needs replacing so I can't tell.
