This product normally works well, but in this box, one of the cartridges left a 10px vertical line on every page. I expect better from HP. They have let their QC slip over the past few years, and it is beginning to show in everything they sell. At one time HP was the GOLD STANDARD, but no more. It's a shame, really, because it costs much more to fix a problem than it does to avoid the problem in the first place. Sad to see this once towering technology giant becoming just like the rest of them.

                    HP OEM Cartridges cost more, but I find they're worth it for this model. We used refilled toners on several HP-5 printers and never had problems, but we have not been able to find anything for the 4345mfp that works as well as HP OEM
