I write the equivalent of eight 300 page religious books a year. If proofing copies was all the use for the toner, it would be very frequent use. I use it also to provide hard copy for copiers, and printers. I am a long time happy HP camper, having used their laser printers
as my exclusive laser printer since 1986. This is the best toner I have used.
