An accounting office that has only used HP printers for 25+ years. Biggest complaint is the excessive toner use compared to every other HP printer ever purchased. After the first couple cartridges as my new primary printer, I moved it to back-up my 2015 and 1200. The 1200 is the slowest but, still remains best copy and most efficient with toner use. I just retired my HP II 3 years ago and really miss it. Will continue to purchase HP.

Toner promises ~1300 pages. After ~150 pages "low toner" warning was flashed. Another $90(!!!!) cartridge was purchased. I guess when you have a monopoly on cartridge production this doesn't matter, right HP?

This is a good product and from HP - a manufacturer that you can trust. Good price for a heavy duty printer. Printer has heavy duty monthly cycle. It is easy to install and use although white color in an office environment makes it exhibit dust very easy. Another addition would be to increase the capacity of paper tray because when the printer is heavy duty, 250 page paper tray gets emptied very quickly and you have to re-fill the paper tray very often. But I will not label this as a draw back but an added feature if the tray gets bigger capacity.

This printer is no longer made,but was not told
that when I purchased it. Tech support is good for the warranty period, but BEWARE it is not compatible with Windows 7. Trying to set it up was frustrating because I didn't know that. Tech support was the only way to get the driver installed. Not worth the aggravation.Buy a printer that is current, and is compatible with windows 7 and now there is a windows 8. I had a Laser Jet 1300 before, and it lasted for 9 years. This machine is a lot noisier. I would not recommend this machine.
