Replaces a problem free HP 4000 that has given us 15 years of service. Hope it stands up to HP reputation. We have another HP that is 7 yrs old that has been moved into support role. Print on this is fast. Networked for 4 users.

Ordered this and it kept jamming or saying it had a jam when it didn't. Sent it back and got a replacement and it was even worse.

Service and delivery comments:

Make sure you decide quickly if you are not happy with the product. Quill would not return it. The printer was delivered on 11/5 and we called on 12/5 to return it. They said the 30 day warranty from them was up because it was ordered on 11/1 and the funny thing is 12/1 is a Saturday. I had to call the maufacturer which was a joke because it took over five people and two hours and it's still not resolved.

Now that the setup is over we find that the printer is running well; HP was always a good workhorse. Our setup trouble started with the wrong install disk being packed with the printer, and as it turned out it contained only graphic software. After a few calls to customer service and a couple of hours later online, the printer was running. We also found that the paper tray should not be fully loaded in order to prevent paper jams. This model was made in Vietnam so maybe they don't have the same quality standards as [*].

I have had HP printers for the past 15 years. We always purchase a heavy duty business printer as we print about 2000 pages a week. This is by far the fastest printer I have ever had.

So far so good. I have found nothing negative as yet.

I manage a law firm with a dozen attorneys. I print ALL DAY LONG. I finally won over my boss, and convinced him to let me replace our old HP printer (circa last century?) and I could not be happier or more delighted with my new HP P3015dn laser printer. It was a breeze to install. It's a reasonably sized unit so I still have plenty of my desk left for me. This is a terrific printer. It's so FAST! In fact, I couldn't believe how it spit out a document in this rapid fire kind of way. Very impressive. And super efficient. Plus it allows me to decide upon the quality/amount of toner(i.e., top quality, fast draft, etc.) and I am always impressed with the look of whatever I print. My documents look sharp. So far, it doesn't appear to be a tremendous toner hog. Overall, it is an excellent machine that delivers all that it promises. Great buy. You should really consider getting one for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

What an improvement over the HP Laserjet P3005DN which I had nothing but problems with and was replaced 3 times within 1 year and 1/2! Died during this Tax Season at 2 yrs old. See the many bad reviews - I wish I had known.

I was hesitant to replace with another HP Laser Printer, but I am glad I did! The difference is night and day. The HP Laserjet P3015DN is made in Japan vs the P3005Dn made in China. The quality, ease of use, speed, toner consumption. I would buy again. Finally the quality and workhorse ability is back with this HP Laserjet Printer! It has saved my sanity!
