I found this cartridge very efficient to serve my purpose, both businesswise and personally. It also does seem a bit high in price, however. The
price particularly affects me because it is necessary that I must make frequent replacements due to the great volume of copies and the vast amount of printed work that I require for my type of business. Also, I formerly had the ability to carefully pack up my old, used cartridge and box it for return to Staples. I would then receive a small rebate. That no longer holds true. Staples refers me to go online for coupons and many times I do not remember to access these coupons when I visit the store to make additional purchases. I would appreciate having the old rebate system back--t.e., being given my rebate at the store so that I could use it right then and there in the store. Thanks for this opportunity to express myself.

Use for copy and printer, for everyday use. only black printing, like how easy it to replace.
Clean pritning, both for printing, oncoming faxes, and copying documetns. use every day, and get a long usage, would like if it was less expencive. How much can you write about a regular black toner. use every day, several times a day, sometimes the printer gets hot, insk stays good the whole time. no belading, clear copies. very happy, except fo the cost, I spend way to much on ink cartrages.
