    This is a perfectly good cartridge. Easy to install. Easy to replace. It is pricey however, and the ink could last longer. But overall this product has remained consistent since I began using it in 2004.

      Cartridge always available. Easy to install and replace. Documents are crisp and easily produced. Staples ink and toner program make this an econimical choice in replacement cartridges. HP replacement products keep the printer at its optimum production level will keeping cartridge costs down. I find this cartridge produces the maximum number of copies before needing replacement. Replacement when changing cartridges is easy. The design of the printer and simple instructions make it clean and easy.

        I used this 12A ink and toner product for at least six to eight years. It is easy to remove and install from the printer. It does not make a mess at all. All the ink remains in the cartridge. It also lives up to its advertised page count. The fact that the empty cartridges can be returned to for recycling means it's also friendly to the environment. There are larger versions if you need even more yield, but the 12a suits my needs to a T. I highly recommend it if you want a good print quality at a reasonable price.
