      Of course I love HP Ink. Who doesn't. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the high price. And most of us HP users have no choice but to pay the high price because most HP printers will not accept the remanufactured ink cartridges. So we're forced to pay the price they want. And they know it. My HP won't even accept genuine HP re-filled cartridges. I just end up with a mess, and a printer that still thinks its out of ink. But the HP cartridges DO work well. Genuine colors, sharp and crisp.

      Because I do a lot of work for customers (type book manuscripts, letters), including book publishers and writers, I use only the 36-A toner. I've received many email advertisements on getting refillable toners, but I don't feel I can trust them. I take a lot of pride in my work, including my own manuscripts that I send to publishers (I've sold 24 books), so I don't want to send anything in which the print is spotty or blurry. I tell everyone in my writers' workshops and critique group that I buy everything at Staples.

        We print a significant amount daily. The cartridges LAST about 3 weeks. This means buying a 75$ cartridge every three weeks. It gets pricey but the Hp printer is a gem. it is reliable and clear printing so I am willing to make the payment for a reliable printer.
