MY OFFICE HAS TWO PRINTERS REPLACING THE FUSER KIT AT THE SAME TIME AND BOTH 'PAPER JAMED' AFTER 'EASY' INSTALLED. SPEND EXTRA BUCKS ABOUT HALF OF THE FUSER KIT, TO CALL IN SERVICE TO FIX THE PROBLEM WHICH IS NOT SOLVED COMPLETELY, PAPER JAM STILL HAPPEND ONCE IN A WHILE, THE SERVICE GUY WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALL AFTER COME BACK 2 TIMES TRY TO FIX IT.
