I use the 3-hole punched paper because I often put printed documents in my binders. I have been using this same paper now for 7 years and have not had any jamming problems. This paper is a little more expensive than the other 3-hole punched paper. My feeling is go with what has been reliable for you.

I do many things on my computer that I want a hard copy and find it is faster to use prepunched paper to save copies than it is to have to hand punch each page I want to keep.
