We have called in to customer service several times about the quality of the boxes that reams of paper are packed in. Boxes arrive opened, on either one or two sides on the bottom. I'm sure this is because of the weight of the paper. In the past, paper was packed in what we used to call "paper boxes" that were strong and fit 10 cases tightly.
Repacking reams of paper in your standard shipping boxes is not working.

I thought this was pink paper, which I desperately needed at work and quickly ordered rather than making a store run. It is not pink. It is white. Only the packaging is pink. I paid a fortune for this paper, thinking it was pink, and had to make the emergency store run the next day anyway. Bummer, more from a time-crunch point of view, than the actual dollars lost. Live and learn.
