Network prevents loading of complete package.

Purchased this for my home office, but have also been using to catch up on all the scanning for my "regular job". Love the two sided scanning capability, although it is a little slow when doing 2-sided it is better than flipping pages.

Been using mostly for documents so far, but am looking forward to using the photo and negative scanning capabilities also.

I would not recomend this product. It is slow. Scans every page seperate and took a hole day to email 1 attachment.

I returned it since I have a Windows 7 system. The product was not Windows 7 ready and I did not want to go through the hassle of downloading driver and install. all very time consuming. If you are buying a new product, it should support the latest technology!

Used this to scan documents for a billing company. I've gone thru 2 in less than a year. Both broke down when material jammed inside, paper tore inside and it could not be cleaned. Retailer replaced the first one; second one prone to same problems. I will not replace with the same machine.
