I've used this ink for years with my favorite older printer, the canon ip3000. Unfortunately Staples has stopped selling it in their stores. It's getting harder to find. I have two of these printers along with a newer multi function printer and I don't want to give them up. I wish you didn't stop selling it.

I have a canon i860 printer that my dad passed on to me when he purchased a new printer for himself. I very much enjoy the quality of documents, and especially photos, when using canon brand ink cartridges. I have only my camera phone which I use to take all of my photographs. So, I am always quite pleased with the quality of my photos when printing with canon brand ink. I used to purchase the staples recycled ink cartridges. From now on though, I will continue to purchase the canon brand ink cartridges for my printer. Especially when I receive $2 in staples rewards for each ink cartridge that I recycle.

            I've tried non-Canon replacement ink cartridges and they just don't work as well. Not as clear and not as long lasting as the Canon brand. I've learned that for printer ink cartridges, you shouldn't use the refurbished ones.
