I've owned numerous laser and color inkjet/fax/scanner multifunction printers for business and personal use and by far this is the easiest to setup on a network and offers the most options at a very reasonable price.

So far the Workforce has been solid if not spectacular. it gets the job done and I'm a big fan of the automatic 2 side mode. The downside is it has a very basic interface with my mac and doesn't allow for the options of the Artisan. But for the price I think it's a very usable All in One

This printer is awesome! Everything is working as it should and the printing quality is great. I had specific needs and all have been satisfied, including scanning multiple pages to PDF, great photo quality, wireless connection, quick and easy setup, printing from iPhone, and even printing from e-mail, which allows me to print from wherever I'm at, not just from home. I highly recommend this printer for any home or office. There are many features this devise offers and I'm sure each feature will eventually be used by anyone. And not to mention, for the price on this model, I'm a new fan and I will tell all my friends about it!

I have the Epson 845 at work and needed another printer at home. The 845 was replaced by the WR-3540 so I purchased it. It is a snap to set up with start up guide and CD. It prints very fast, has great features, easy to make copies and fax with. The digital display has clear instruction. You can fax to multiple people and have different names loaded to fax to. I would highly recommend this printer for business and home.

This printer is better than the Brother (a much larger printer) that it replaced. It seems to be performing well. Its easy to fax, copy and scan anything. Easy set up, and prints a good copy. Who needs a larger printer when something like this can do the Job!!. I would recommend it. I think it will be a little work horse.

I would recommend to buy a new one. I used to use a refurbished epson workforce 500. Its black printhead had problem after about a month. but i used it to print draft documents. This one is really great. one good thing is it's connected to the web. so you can scan your documents directly to your google drive and, if your computer has google drive installed, to your computer wirelessly. a lot easier to get jobs done. duplex printing or scanning capability is also a great advantage. color output is very good if you use with the right paper. i love using this printer.
