I would suggest ordering replacement ink as cartridges that come with it don't last very long. I haven't had the printer more than 2 months, but my only concern is when needing to do an envelope or replacing paper, you have to lift up the cover. I'm concerned that the plastic "pins" that hold the cover in place will break or wear out over time. Other than that, I have no complaints. For a large amount of printing, I use the office's main laser printer as it is much faster.

Nice contemporary design. But no tech improvements over my older HP 9800 wide format printer. Don't understand why HP did away with the one sheet bypass tray. Inconvenient to have to change papers constantly in the paper tray. Also, time to first print is slower than my older model. But overall, a good value for the price.
