We use these products to store additional office supplies or add additional office supply storage under existing desks. Works great for that. Some of our people have tried to use these to store tile and wood samples. These are not suited for rough use.
Great for regular office use.

It was purchased to keep some files under my desk and other items that needed to be stored close by. I was somewhat amazed at the quality, considering it is a little pricey and then disappointed to realize that it would not hold the file dividers that are used in filing cabinet. It would have been much better for me to fulfill my reason for purchasing it, if it was just a little wider and would organize letter size paper.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
