These bags are super thin and will puncture as soon as you go to pull them out of the trash can, even when you are gentle with them. Paper, or other things with pointy edges are guaranteed to poke through. If you utilize these bags, you must double up on them for them to be effective for trash handling, otherwise, you will have a mess on your hands .. literally.
