I have been ordering and using these for over 2 years and I just can't bring myself to try any other brand. I think out of roughly 30 that I have ordered, one arrived with a couple of tabs broken and I had to throw out 2 jewel cases. Other than that, I have never had any issues with these at all.

You need to buy in large quantity because they break very easily - even just touching them for the first time. This may have happened in transit; not sure.

I use jewel cases frequently to give my clients a copy of their photographs on CD. While these are priced low, many were broken upon arrival and then others broke when I opened them to insert a CD, so in the end they are not worth the "value". Next time I will pay more for a better quality product.
