I bought this because it was cheap and I don't need to use it very often, but if you bump it, it doesn't stay standing up. It was cheap and it was cheaply made. I am not very fond of it, but I didn't send it back because it does serve its purpose and I don't use it on a daily basis.

Sturdy enough for books but needs clip(s) to hold them open. The clip it has is just for loose sheets of paper. The stand back needs to snap into place. It falls apart when holder is lifted up.

This document holder has the annoying feature of collapsing easily. You want to be able to grab your document and reposition it or change the page but there is no mechanism to lock it into an upright position. If you just jiggle or bump it, it falls down. Not good for a busy office worker.

I use this daily. I like th sturdy clip on top. I don't like the fact that it collapses easily. It would be nice if it had something that would keep it in position better. I like the fact that it doesn't take up much room on my desk, too.
