It works as it should but the one I was sent is really made for a left handed person, so if your left handed you will find it is great, as for right handed people it leaves something to be desired.

This is a soft, comfortable mouse pad with wrist rest. It has no strange odor and it is just the right height. And it's a great value.

(I tried the Staples brand Mouse Pad with Wrist Rest and it smelled like a chemical plant. Just an overpowering odor. Plus, the wrist rest was really hard. Not comfortable at all. I had to return it to the store)

I use this every day at work. Before I got it I was having trouble with my wrist hurting at the end of the day. Now my wrist feels as good in the afternoon as it does in the morning.

I was having an issue with numbness in my fingers from my hand position on my new desk....I was used to a keyboard tray that sat lower. The gel wrist pad solved the problem!!
