      So this product was bought on a wimp. I noticed the smaller water container and was a little let down. Honestly though its nice to add fresh water to each cup instead of it sitting in a container.

        Since we're a small office, it is perfect. We no longer have to make pots of coffee when we only need 2 or 3 cups, and we can all have different kinds. Also, it is so simple to use and clean.

        It is only noisy when it is brewing. Otherwise, it just sits there waiting to be used, and it shuts off the power when finished.
